1. Seller and contact

These terms apply to the Poodles and Parrots website and its online store. The seller is Goodness Glow Media, a business registered in Poland, in the European Union.

2. Products and orders

The store sells digital products delivered as digital downloads. Each product page describes the digital product, its file format, and any available price information.

You need a device and an application that can open the file format shown for the digital product.

You need an account to place a paid order and access your downloads. The final price, currency, and any tax appear in Stripe Checkout before you pay. Stripe processes card payments.

Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We send an order confirmation to the email address linked to the order. The contract and these terms form the agreement between you and Goodness Glow Media.

3. Delivery and withdrawal rights

We provide paid digital products through the download area in your account. Delivery is immediate. We begin delivery as soon as Stripe confirms your payment, with no waiting period and no delayed-delivery option.

By placing an order, you ask us to begin delivery immediately, and you confirm that you understand you lose your right to withdraw once delivery begins. Because delivery begins at the moment of purchase, the right to withdraw before delivery does not apply to these orders.

We will provide refunds and other remedies when consumer law requires them. The digital content withdrawal exception does not remove your legal rights if a digital product does not match the contract.

4. Your use of digital products

When you buy a digital product, we give you a personal licence to download and read it for your own use. You must not resell, share, publish, or distribute a digital product unless the law allows it or we give you written permission.

5. Accounts and website use

Keep your account details private and give us accurate information. Tell us if you think another person has used your account without permission.

Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with the site, access another person's account, or harm our systems or other users.

6. Website content

Unless a page says otherwise, Goodness Glow Media owns or has permission to use the website text, images, and design. You may view the site for personal use. You must not copy or republish its content without permission.

7. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot be limited by law. We remain responsible for our duties under applicable consumer and digital content laws.

We do not promise that the website will always be available without interruption. This does not affect your legal rights under a paid digital product contract.

If a digital product does not match the contract, contact us at poodlesandparrots@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include your order details and explain the problem. We will answer a consumer complaint within 14 days on a durable medium. If we do not answer within that time, Polish law treats the complaint as accepted.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar tools the site uses.

9. Law and disputes

Polish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer who lives in another country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court that consumer law allows.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal duties change. The new terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
